General conditions for booking of experiences

opplevelser.net is a dissemination service of experiences in Norway. Booktech AS is an intermediary and each provider of the experiences is the one who must deliver the ordered experiences. All communication takes place between you as the customer and the provider of the experiences.

Payment

Experiences that have been purchased are non-refundable and are valid for the date they were booked. We reserve the right to misprints and that prices on the website may contain errors.

Specific rules and conditions for each experience

This Agreement includes any other terms and conditions for each Experience. The person ordering is obliged to read through the description, appendices and other information related to the experience ordered and accepts these by accepting this agreement.

Time and place for the experience

Show up in good time. If you do not show up / or arrive late, you may not be able to complete the experience. This gives no right to a refund of the amount paid.

Force Majeure and weather conditions.

Events beyond the experience provider's control - fire, major theft, natural disasters and the like give the intermediary the right to terminate the agreement without liability.

We reserve the right to move the time or cancel the event due to weather or conditions that indicate that it would be inadvisable to carry out the activity. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid is refunded to the customer.

Right of withdrawal

Lov om Angrerett kapittel 6 §22 refers to the limitations in the Right of Appeal Act. Point m) states that "delivery of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering and services related to leisure activities when a specific date or a specific period of time for the performance of such services has been set in the agreement." Individual services that are delivered at a specific time or within a specific period of time apply to all products such as accommodation, excursions, transport and activities.
